Payment
Dr. Reischer is currently an out-of-network Insurance Provider. Payment is due in full at the time of service. Monthly payment arrangements can be set up on an individual basis. Please contact Dr. Reischer to discuss payment and fees.

Reimbursement
You will be provided with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance carrier or flex spending plan. This documentation will include all relevant information required by insurance companies for reimbursement. Many insurance plans will reimburse you for services rendered by a licensed psychologist. Prior to your first visit, you may want to contact your insurance carrier to see if you have out-of-network coverage. To help simplify this process, Dr. Reischer can call your insurance company directly to help you determine your benefits status.

When speaking with your insurance provider consider asking the following questions:

-Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
-Is there out-of-network coverage?
-What is my deductible?
-How many psychotherapy sessions per year does my insurance cover?
-What is my reimbursement rate per psychotherapy session? (usually given as a percentage)
-Is approval required from my primary care physician?
